These Conditions of Sale apply specifically to paid services booked through codemarketlabs.com, including mentorship calls (SaaS Strategy Call, Finance Call, Algo Briefing Call) and consulting/project-scoping engagements. They supplement our general Terms of Use.

1. Services Covered

• Mentorship calls: one-on-one sessions covering SaaS strategy, financial/investment topics, or algo trading guidance, booked via the mentorship pages of the Site.
• Consulting services: project-scoping calls and broader development/consulting engagements booked via the consulting page of the Site.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking and payment for calls and consulting engagements are processed through a third-party scheduling and/or payment provider linked from the Site. CodeMarketLabs LLC does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
• Full payment (or an agreed deposit, for larger consulting engagements) is generally required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are as displayed at the time of booking and may change without notice for future bookings.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• You may cancel or reschedule a call up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled time via the booking tool, subject to availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund, at CodeMarketLabs' discretion.
• CodeMarketLabs reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a call in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

4. Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided the scheduled call has not yet taken place.
• Beyond the 14-day window, or once a session has taken place, refunds are generally not available, given the personalized, time-based nature of mentorship calls and consulting sessions.
• Refund requests for exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; contact contact@codemarketlabs.com.

5. Scope of Services

• Mentorship calls and consulting sessions are advisory and educational in nature. As stated in our Terms of Use, nothing discussed during a call constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and any technical/consulting recommendations are provided on a best-effort, advisory basis.
• For consulting engagements beyond a single scoping call (e.g., ongoing development work), scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during a call or consulting engagement (e.g., your business, code, or strategy details) will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g., use of the tools/libraries referenced on the Site) or as required by law.
