  • Booking and calls: When you book a mentorship or consulting call, you may be redirected to a third-party scheduling and/or payment provider. That provider's own privacy policy governs the information you submit to them; CodeMarketLabs does not directly process or store payment card data.
  • MindSTK: MindSTK (available at mindstk.io) is a separate SaaS product operated in connection with CodeMarketLabs. Use of MindSTK is governed by its own privacy policy, available on the MindSTK platform.
  • Analytics/hosting providers: We may use standard third-party tools (e.g., website hosting, analytics) that process limited technical data as described in Section 2.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or until you unsubscribe/request deletion, whichever comes first.
